From premium stainless steel coil slit-cutting to multi-stage hydraulic stamping, brazing, polishing, and final carton packing.

1. Stamping & Deep-Drawing

High-tonnage hydraulic deep-drawing presses allow continuous seamless vessel forming. Uniform wall thickness prevents hotspot scorching and enhances thermal efficiency.

2. Friction Impact Brazing

Capsule induction bottoms are bonded under 2,000+ tons of pressure. The aluminum core disc is seamlessly sealed between stainless steel skins with no air gaps.

3. Automatic Multi-Stage Polishing

Automated rotary polishers create brilliant mirror exterior finishes and smooth satin interior finishes that resist water spot accumulation and food sticking.

4. Spot Welding & Riveting

Reinforced handle attachments utilizing heavy-duty spot welding or solid stainless steel rivets ensure high pull strength, safety, and longevity.

5. Strict In-House QC Lab

Every production batch undergoes salt spray corrosion tests, thermal shock tests, handle torque tests, drop tests, and whistle sound calibration.

6. International Standards

Fully compliant with LFGB, FDA food-contact criteria, ISO 9001:2000 quality management, and BSCI social compliance ethical workplace standards.
